After several request from our clients, First Choice Move is pleased to announce that we are provinding a letting service. We offer our service, like our selling service across Whitehaven, Workington and Maryport and the surrounding areas. Following our principles of low fees we offer three different letting services at much lower costs than traditional letting agents.

No tie-in or withdrawal fees

At First Choice Move we have decided to remove any withdrawal fees or tie-in periods for our clients. Many estate agents tie you in for a certain period such as 12 or 16 weeks; this is fair enough and gives them an opportunity to prove themselves and at the very least help cover some of the marketing costs incurred when putting a property on the market.
