Option one: Our hybrid fee
Upfront payment of ÂŁ900 (ÂŁ750 + VAT) and ÂŁ1200 (ÂŁ1000 + VAT on completion
The upfront payment is a lifetime payment. So, if you take the property off the market, and then put it back on in the future, we would not charge the fee again.
Option two: Pay on completion
Only 1% + VAT of sale price, minimum ÂŁ1860 (ÂŁ1550Â +Â VAT)
